Driving-Pro are offering free theory test training to all key workers and their families as a way of
giving something back amidst the Coronavirus pandemic.
This comes at a time when the public are keen to find ways of showing their appreciation for the
sterling job that key workers are doing to keep us safe, look after our health and protect community
life.
Key worker roles include everyone employed within the NHS, from doctors and nurses to
paramedics, care workers, support workers, administration staff and more. These workers are doing
their bit on the front line in hospitals and care facilities, whilst many others are busy ensuring
everyday life continues as we need it to.
Shop and supermarket workers, firefighters, the police, utilities workers, construction workers, the
armed forces and those keeping public transport running are all essential too.
Driving-Pro are offering this free theory test training in a bid to do something to help and as a way of
saying ‘thank you’. For any key worker who needs to gain their driving licence to progress in their
role or simply make their daily commute easier, passing the theory test is the first step.
Driving-Pro will provide free access to Theory Test Pro, a programme that makes students who use it
twice as likely to pass than the national average.
Theory Test Pro is a realistic online simulation of the UK’s driving theory tests. It contains all the
official revision test questions licensed from the Driving Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA), the
organisation that sets the tests.
Everything can be accessed from your desktop, tablet or smartphone, making it easy for all to use,
whatever their viewing preference. Users can track their progress and will be able to see which
topics they are doing well in and which still require further revision.
Driving-Pro founder Liam Greaney said: “It’s a difficult time for everyone, but key workers are really
giving their all and putting their own health at risk to look after the rest of us, so we wanted to
recognise that by giving a little something back in return. The training programme should enable
them to ready themselves for their theory test in less rime and with a much higher chance of
passing.”
Key workers are the only people permitted to continue taking driving lessons and driving tests during
the lockdown period. Passing their test may enable them to get to work easier and faster or even
take on additional duties.
We are also offering intensive practical driving courses to key workers, whereby lessons are taken in
longer blocks over a short period of time, readying them for their practical test within just a few
weeks.
We offer driving lessons in Portsmouth, Southsea, Waterlooville, Denmead, Havant, Leigh Park and
The Warren, Fareham, Gosport and Lee-on-the-Solent.
