Doug Drinkwater:

Hi and thanks for checking out our website. I live in Southsea and have 3 grown up children. When I am not instructing I like to relax with friends. I have many sporting interests including Judo and Karate in which I hold black belts.

As a Driving Instructor I have been teaching now for over 24 years and in that time have successfully passed hundreds of people from all walks of life. In addition to that as a trainer of other Driving Instructors I have had over 30 ADI`s through their exams.

As part of my own training I have passed 4 advanced Driving Tests. One of these is the `Cardington Grade A` which is considered to be the hardest civilian driving test and only open to Driving Instructors.

My main passion in life is to teach people of all abilities to be safe and confident drivers.

Liam Greaney:

Hi  and thanks for reading down as far as this. I live with my wife Teresa in Southsea and have a grown up step daughter who I acquired a half share in when I married Teresa.

I try to keep fit by going to the gym and walking. One of my interests is travel with over 50 countries visited. Sometimes I have combined both walking and travel with hikes of up to 100 miles in Ireland, Scotland, Wales, France, Peru and Nepal.

For the last 30 years I have made a living from either driving or teaching driving. As an Instructor I welcome both difficult questions and pupils. I have some experience of teaching those who are deaf and without speech. If English is not your first language I will try to learn some of yours. At the moment I have some Arabic, Bengali, Spanish and French. Note all driving test must be in English.

As part of my own training I have taken and passed:
The RoSPA Diploma in Advanced Driving Instruction
C & G Further and Adult Teachers Certificate Parts 1 & 2

When teaching I like to think I produce a safe effective driver in a friendly and patient manner.
